Our Mission

We exist to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills and networks needed to navigate professional environments ethically, sustainably, and confidently. Our programmes address barriers to opportunity, promote fair pay and provide structured access to professional pathways.

Through workshops, mentorship and hands-on projects, we aim to increase participants’ confidence, expand their networks and support long-term personal, social, and economic growth - whether in creative fields or other industries.

Founded by Andra Cee, an experienced music PR and artist development professional with over a decade of hands-on experience across press, radio, digital marketing and A&R, the Academy was built not only from industry knowledge but from lived experience.

At 18, Andra emigrated to the UK alone, with very limited financial resources and a highly restricted support system. She created the Academy to provide the kind of support she once needed - clear guidance, practical skills, industry literacy and ethical professional frameworks. Her vision is to empower individuals from all backgrounds to understand how industries operate, develop confidence in navigating professional spaces and build long-term, fulfilling and sustainable futures - whether in creative fields or beyond.

At its core, the Academy exists to ensure that no one has to figure everything out alone.

Inclusion & Equity: Our programmes are welcoming and accessible to all, ensuring meaningful participation for diverse and underrepresented communities.

Fair Pay & Ethical Practice: Participants learn how to understand contracts, negotiate remuneration, and advocate for themselves across sectors.

Professional Development: From technical skills to career planning, our sessions equip participants to take tangible steps toward sustainable and fulfilling futures.

Community & Collaboration: We foster mentorship, peer networks, and cross-sector collaboration to build supportive communities and strengthen social cohesion.

Neurodivergent Accessibility: Workshops are structured with clear instructions, visual aids, and step-by-step guidance to support a variety of learning styles and abilities.
