OUR MANTRA
At the core of the Academy is the belief that no one who seeks support should be ignored and forced to navigate future alone.
Although the Academy was officially build in 2026, the idea was born almost a decade earlier when our founder first arrived in the UK as a teenager, alone and with very limited resources. Every step - education, work, navigating professional and creative spaces - was a lesson learned through trial, resilience and sheer determination. She discovered how isolating it can feel when guidance and practical support are missing. From that experience, the Academy was born: a place where no one has to face uncertainty alone.
"I remember when my student advisor actually told me to go back to my home country and come back when I have the money I need, and that just stuck with me. As much as it upset me at the time, it created something in me that made me fight harder and also made me want to make sure that no one ever gets to feel how I felt in that moment, because no one that has pure intentions and a genuine desire to succeed should ever be treated that way. I hope her grandkids come to the Academy sometime."
- Andra Cee, Founder

FROM IDEA TO IMPACT
When we opened our first Music PR & Marketing Workshop, 43 people applied for just 10 places — sponsored by PIRATE.COM and Footlocker, in collaboration with Studios for All.
Over three days (29–31 July), our first cohort didn't just learn theory, they built and presented their own full PR and Marketing campaigns, with real 1-to-1 feedback throughout.
The workshop was deliberately run without slides or presentations and it was built entirely on discussion, exercises based on real life scenarios and open conversation, because that's how confidence actually gets built.
Every participant left with their own PR and marketing campaigns, two tailored music PR and marketing handbooks and a stronger sense of what they're capable of.
Our first cohort included musicians, a photographer, an events professional, an educator and an independent label founder — proof that these skills reach far beyond one career path.
The demand was clear. What we need now is the capacity to meet it.

"The second anyone opened the door it felt like walking into a family of sorts."
Klaudia, events manager
"I would recommend this programme to other people because it's very relaxed and chilled and actually you get a lot from it. There's the educational side and then there's the practical side, which I really like."

AGES 10 TO 75+. EVERY BACKGROUND
We work with brands and funding bodies who want more than visibility: genuine community impact, cultural significance and direct access to multiple audiences and talent pipelines.
Our programmes are designed to generate measurable outcomes that support CSR commitments and ESG reporting, including improvements in employability, skills development and wellbeing among participants from underserved and underrepresented communities.
Whether you're sponsoring one of our programmes or funding Community Impact work, we'll build something that delivers for both sides.
Sponsors and funders receive detailed reporting on the outcomes their support has contributed to and visibility with culturally engaged audiences.
JOIN US IN CREATING OPPORTUNITY
Whether you're someone exploring a creative career, rebuilding after a setback or someone who just wants to build confidence and new skills - there's a place for you here.
We welcome people from underrepresented communities, neurodivergent individuals and people from all walks of life and backgrounds, because opportunity should never depend on where you started!
